Brothers attacked in Port Elizabeth – nothing robbed Dec 5 2010 - Port Elizabeth - Warrant Officer Gerda Swart said a 32-year-old unnamed man was shot and wounded and his 35-year-old brother assaulted with a firearm on Sunday night Dec 5 2010. The older man was parking his car when two men, one armed with a knife, the other with a gun, confronted them. The armed man beat him several times on the head with the butt of his gun. The younger brother was shot in the left arm while trying to help his sibling.Their attackers fled the scene on foot. No arrests had been made and the motive for the attack was not known.
